I honestly don't think I have ever done this many layouts with a single kit and I still have some papers left over for more. I am head over heels in love with this month's kit! So I leave you with a bit of eye candy. Head over to Crop Addict to check out even more pages and get your own.

It's Never Long Enough

Amy has come and gone - we packed the days she was here in CA with as many good things as we could do. I am already sad and missing her and can't wait til our next trip which needs to be soon. The boys are in "Mamie" withdrawl and want to send our hugs and kisses to Midland.

Thanks for coming girl! Love ya!

5. Rachel's birthday lunch with NaNa.

He comes by it naturally

I had fun tonight playing with my zoom lense at Kenny's baseball game. Caught this shot before the game and had to laugh. He looks just like his daddy! I love these guys!

Spring Break begins loud and in uniform

The weekend has flown by! We started the boys' breaks by heading out to the Savemart Center for Monster Jam. I really wasn't too keen on going, but I could hardly expect Ken to take 3 children by himself so I settled in for a loud evening. The boys had more fun than I could have imagined for our cheap seats and Mr. Kaden NEVER moved from his seat and I mean NEVER moved in over 2 hours. To say he was enthralled would be an understatement! The boys went crazy for Grave Digger who, of course, won the whole night over.

After a late night of Friday, we were all up at the crack of dawn for the kick off of this year's little league baseball season with the Round Robin Tournament. Saturday was cold and windy, but the boys had fun anyway. Jackson likes to slide into every base and Kenny was happy to have a chance to pitch this weekend. Both of them did a really great job and they are making this mama proud with their respect of their fellow team mates and the game of baseball. Go Giants! Go Cardinals!

SNOW!!!!!

Well here I am in Nova Scotia visiting family and there is snow ... and it snowed all day yesterday.  WOOHOO.  Rachel has been out playing with her cousins - Jason made them forts and they had a blast playing well into the dark.  The snow is so beautiful falling and I love going outside and listening to all the muted sounds of the city.  It is quite chilly but we are loving it!!!  I am sure we will be happy to return to the warmth of Texas when the break is done - but for now we are getting our fill of the white stuff.  I am sure there will be a snowman soon!

Since my mother is Catholic ... we celebrated St Paddy's Day yesterday ... the Church said you can't celebrate during Holy Week ... so the parade was yesterday and mom made us all Irish coffee last night after dinner ... the only redeeming part of hat was the heavy whipped cream!!  Although my sister thought it was quite yummy - I was not quite into the coffee and Irish whiskey.

Rachel's cousins return to school tomorrow so we are heading back to Jason's parents house to relax there for a few days.  Then it will  be back to the city to go see Hannah Montana the Movie, decorate eggs and have general fun with the cousins.  Easter will be spent with my sister's family at her house - my mom will join us there.

There is the update from Canada ... I will upload pictures when I can ... Jennifer is having a busy baseball weekend ... can't wait to see those pics!!  Jackson's 1st baseball weekend!!

Easter Party

With Spring Break falling the week before Easter, the preschool celebrated early today in true style with their egg hunt and lunch party. Jackson had so much fun and looked really darn cute, if I do say so myself. Think of the pages that are gonna come from these adorable pics, LOL!

SPRING!!!

Well it seems that Spring has arrived in my part of Texas ... not as pretty as Spring Jennifer has in California but warm weather and green grass suits me! A few weeks ago Jennifer showed me the Spring banner she made at CHA ... and I had to make one too. Now mine is not as cute as hers but it looks darn cute hanging on my mantle.

Up close and Personal

Today's prompt from Lisa was to take a photo of something really up close. Here are a couple from my day. I am already loving her Big Picture Scrapbooking class on day 2. I chose my papers for my book yesterday and I can't wait to get going on it more.

I also picked up Stacy Julian's Photo Freedom and can I tell you I love it! I feel free-er by just reading through the process and I can't wait to start taking steps toward implementing it in my own scrapbooking.

Paper Trunk Reveal

For my first sponsored kit over at Creative Scrap Shack, I received these gorgeous papers from Paper Trunk. I have to admit I was really intimidated by them at first, but once I got started I couldn't stop. I wanted to use the back and front of every sheet in the pack. Here are the goodies I ended up creating:
